The epidemic of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) affects daily lives of people around the world so much. This causes the changing of the soundscapes around us.

In Japan, soundscapes are also changing because of increase of number and also incease of living area of the infectees. In some aspects, those changes of soundscapes are similar to the changes of soundscapes in Fukushima after the severe accidents of the nuclear power plants, and in other aspects, those changes are different from each other. These similarities and differences should be analyzed after the epidemic will end. To analyze soundscapes in the future, the recording of soundscapes are required.

Recording of the changes of soundscapes is one of the important tasks for soundscape researchers. So, I always record the changing of soundscape around me.
