Abstract
L’Istituto Centrale per i Beni Sonori ed Audiovisivi (ICBSA – Ministero per i Beni, le Attività Culturali ed il Turismo), in collaborazione con il Dipartimento dei Beni Culturali dell’Università di Padova e LYS - Locate Your Sound, lancia un appello alla spontanea raccolta della documentazione sonora di questa anomala condizione nella quale l’Italia sta vivendo.
In questi giorni, le disposizioni che il Governo ha imposto contro la diffusione del COVID-19 stanno profondamente cambiando la quotidianità, le relazioni sociali e l’impatto dell’uomo sull’ambiente circostante. Questi cambiamenti stanno temporaneamente trasformando i paesaggi sonori Italiani facendo riemergere ambientazioni uniche, piene di una vita solitamente sepolta sotto il rumore del traffico stradale o aereo, delle attività produttive, da tutta la quotidianità.
L’appello, nell’ASSOLUTO RISPETTO DEL DPCM 11 MARZO 2020 e DI TUTTE LE DIRETTIVE IN VIGORE sul territorio Italiano ATTE A CONTENERE LA DIFFUSIONE DEL VIRUS COVID-19, è rivolto a tutti coloro che abbiano la possibilità di produrre tale documentazione e metterla a disposizione dell’ICBSA, pubblicando i paesaggi sonori registrati in questa mappa, a disposizione di tutta la popolazione.
The Central Institute for Sound and Audiovisual Heritage (ICBSA - Ministry for Cultural Heritage, Activities and Tourism) , in collaboration with the Department of Cultural Heritage of the University of Padua and LYS - Locate Your Sound , launches an appeal to spontaneous collection of the sound documentation of this anomalous condition in which Italy is living.
These days, the provisions that the government has imposed against the spread of COVID-19 are profoundly changing everyday life, social relations and the impact of man on the surrounding environment. These changes are temporarily transforming the Italian soundscapes by re-emerging unique settings, full of a life usually buried under the noise of road or air traffic, of productive activities, from all everyday life.
The appeal, in ABSOLUTE COMPLIANCE WITH THE DPCM 11 MARCH 2020 and ALL DIRECTIVES IN FORCE on the Italian territory ABLE TO CONTAIN THE DIFFUSION OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS, is addressed to all those who have the possibility to produce this documentation and put it in available to the ICBSA, publishing the soundscapes recorded in this map, available to the entire population.
